What it covers
	Active phones with repairable damage
What it Doesn't Cover
Varies by service option, but always excludes:
	Extreme physical or liquid damage
	Phones not active on the Nextel Network, Lingo, Mobile, Base, r470, Advanced Feature Control stations, Boost Mobile products, Limited and Special edition and all NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Phones.

How It Works
	Applies to all the phones on your account
	Lets you choose either Walk-in Service or Door-To-Door Express
	Repairs or replaces any phone (exceptions apply) that displays repairable damage. Service & Repair Center staff determine whether a phone will be repaired or replaced.
	Returns phone to you within advertised turnaround time (excluding weekends and holidays). Some repairs may require additional processing time.
